I personally prefer to write down my important info in addition to keeping them digitally, so I am so excited to introduce my digital Address and Password Book! The nice thing about this is that you can build it to be whatever you want it to be.
It has hyperlinked A-Z tabs and then you decide if you want to put Address or Password, or even notes pages behind each tab. You could even duplicate the entire book and have one just for Addresses and another for Passwords.
In addition to all of that, there is a perpetual calendar, a section for your most important contacts, gift and card lists/trackers and it comes in 4 different color palettes (shown below).
