In this series I take you through the basic steps to install your new digital products, and offer some common troubleshooting tips to help you get up and running quickly!

The below series was filmed in 2022, so keep in mind when watching these videos, that technology updates every year and some of the interfaces may look different than their current version, but the process is the same.

Known Issues
If there are any current tech issues that I know of, or any other known issues, I will post information below.
July 26, 2024 – Dropbox issue.
Some people may not have a download button in Dropbox when they go to download a file. If this happens here is what you can do: Look at the link I have given you. At the end of the link you will see this (without the quotes) “dl=0” change this to (without the quotes) “dl=1” What this will do, is force the browser to download the file.
January 2026 – Series 3, 3 Plus Notebook and Templates
In the Lists Templates Section, the “12 BOX DIVIDED BLANK” and “12 BOX DIVIDED LINED” The links are mixed up. When you tap on BLANK it takes you to the LINED and vice versa. I will not be fixing these as it would mess up everyone who already has these downloaded. Sorry for the slight inconvenience :-)
