MY HYPERLINKS AREN’T WORKING!
If your hyperlinks aren’t working in any one of my digital products, make sure you are on Reading Mode, not Writing Mode. They will not work in Writing Mode.

MY WRITING/DRAWING IS NOT WORKING LIKE IT WAS YESTERDAY!
If you find things not working properly or like they normally do, make sure your app is updated to the current version. If it is still happening after an update, the developer usually gets right on it within a couple of days. If that doesn’t do the trick, make sure your device is updated.

A great resource is to join a Reddit Group for the specific app you are using. I know GoodNotes, Noteshelf and Notability have really active groups. People constantly post current glitches of things not working properly so at the very least, you won’t feel like it’s just you :-)

SOME OF MY STICKERS DO NOT HAVE A TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND.
I bet you saved them to your camera roll on your iPad. There is a big glitch that has been around for a long time where when you save a transparent PNG image to your camera roll, it turns it into a JPG with a white background. The workaround is to save the PNG images that you purchased from me to Dropbox or Files and then do a split screen and drag the stickers/images into your document.

I WOULD LIKE TO START USING DIGITAL PLANNERS OR NOTEBOOKS, BUT I AM AFRAID THEY WILL GET DELETED OR LOST.
The digital world has come a long way, it is hard to lose things these days. Some things you can do, though, to be safe is to enable “Auto Back Up” in the app you are using. You can also export your work as a single page or a full PDF and then save that to your computer or cloud. So technically you can save your completed notebooks or planners forever as a PDF. And… you can print those pdfs too!

CAN YOU DESIGN A CUSTOM…..?
Currently we are not taking on any custom orders. We are in the process of rolling out so many new items, we just do not have the time. However, if it is something small or you just want a planner in a color we don’t already have, use the comment form below!

WHERE ARE YOUR BOUND PLANNERS?
Due to an injury I am not making bound planners anymore, and I have to say I am so glad because Digital Planning is a million times better. Visit the downloads page to give it a try!

WILL YOU CONTINUE TO MAKE PRINTABLES?
Yes, however in a more limited capacity now that we are focusing on Digital Planners and Notebooks.

How can we help?

If you have a question or need help, use the form below and either myself or someone from my team will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note all questions/comments will be held for moderation and users will be blocked, if necessary, as we have been getting an influx of spam.

Thank you!

  1. I bought the digital productivity stickers on Etsy and it said it could be used in notability. I can’t figure out how to get it to work. help!

    1. Hi Nylsa, Thank you for your order!

In Notability you will download and use the included PNG images that came in the zip file with your downloads. Then you add the stickers via the photo library! Have fun!

  2. Once I have downloaded the notebook, how do I save just the pages I have used and not the additional pages and tab dividers that were included?

    Thank You

    1. Hi Catherine,
You can export as a pdf the individual pages you want to save. If there’s multiple pages, go into the thumbnail view and select multiple pages then the export button.

The tab dividers are part of the entire document – they aren’t separate. So they do show up on every single page since this is a digital notebook unlike a paper notebook where it is separate.

      Hope this helps!

  3. Hi! Thank you for all your work! I know this would take time so no rush and if it doesn’t happen it’s okay, but I would really love and appreciate if we could either a) have a few different theme options in the planner to choose from so if we don’t like a color we can edit it (I don’t even know if that’s possible if not totally okay I also am not expecting every single theme). Or b) having solid shade variations ie a notebook that is different shades of blue, and having that in the basic colors. I would like in the portrait/landscape and I want this because I am someone who likes to color code my subjects in separate notebooks. I really think this would go over well with people and have a lot of support!

    1. Hi Isabel! You are very welcome. It is not possible for the user to change colors, BUT the one thing you could do as a work around, is to put a sticker over the tabs. (It might look a little rough, but in a pinch it would work.)

And YES! I am currently making many different color palettes of the Land/Port combo notebook, so I can definitely make a blue tabbed one (and other basic colors). I just want to make sure you mean like a blue ombre where each tab is a different shade of blue? I have 2 planners in my shop that I do that with – a pink and a robin’s egg blue, so you can see what I mean.

Let me know if the ombre is what you’d like and I will add it to my list for next week. Also, if there is one specific color you really want, let me know and that will be the first one I make! Thank you so much for your comment – I definitely appreciate the suggestion! – Erika

  4. Hi Isabel, I am very interested in the new book. I use Noteshelf2 and like it, so I don’t want to switch Noteshelf. Now my problem: I tried your free version and I can’t find the feature where you double tap on the coil and the landscape or portrait mode adjusts to the page. What am I doing wrong? or this function does not work with Noteshelf ?

    1. Hi Achim!
Thanks for trying it :-) You aren’t doing anything wrong at all. In Notability and Noteshelf, you just have to pinch your fingers in and out to re-size it to the page. If you have any other questions, I am here to help!
