Hello!
I’m Erika – thank you for visiting my website! I live in Minnesota with my family and 3 dogs! I really do not like staged photos, so most of the photos of me are taken from snaps sent to my daughters. My oldest daughter and I are currently on a 2868 day snap streak!
This & that.
I truly love what I do because it has allowed me to be home with my daughters while they are/were growing up. Now it seems our dogs are our new babies and I love saying, “time for work” and seeing who follows me into my office every day.

TIME I WAKE UP EVERY WEEKDAY: 5:20
TIME I WAKE UP EVERY WEEKEND BECAUSE OUR DOGS THINK WE OVERSLEPT AND WANT TO WAKE US UP: 5:30
CURRENT OBSESSION: Punch Pizza
FAVORITE LUXURY ITEMS: We have a fairly automated house, so when I say “Good Morning” or “Good Night” a whole bunch of things happen and that makes me smile every day.
SHOWS I COULD WATCH ON REPEAT: Bob’s Burgers, Ted Lasso, Suits, Schitt’s Creek, Gossip Girl (Original), Downton Abbey
WEIRD THINGS I DO THAT I HOPE OTHERS DO TOO: I like to have all of the light switches in the down position when they are off.
WHAT I VALUE ABOVE ALL ELSE: Kindness. You never know what people are going through.
IF I COULD CHOOSE A SUPERPOWER: I would want to heal people instantly. My daughters have gone through a lot in the past and thankfully it all turned out perfectly and we have so many things to be grateful for, but it would be nice to heal others so they don’t ever have to experience what we did.
WHAT I WOULD WANT MY LEGACY TO BE: That in one way or another I made people smile.
Meant to be.
When I was a little girl, I wanted to become a teacher because I loved kids and school. I played “school” religiously. Like you have no idea – it was everyday, every chance I got. I did not become a teacher because my life took other turns. Now, looking back, I realize that all I truly did when playing “school” was design worksheets, tests, report cards and teacher planners! Isn’t that too funny! I am doing exactly what I was always meant to do.
Color & typography are life.
Nothing makes me happier than color and typography. And yes, yes I do purchase fonts to use. My favorite colors are any color on any given day, but if I had to choose it would be grass green or teal, specifically Pantone 13-4810.
Moving forward.
I hope you can feel the love that I pour into my products and videos. I have so many ideas for new products and I am excited to share it all with you. You have no idea how happy it makes me when I hear that you like the things I design. Thank you all so much for your business, it is truly appreciated.
